Yusuke: So what are you guys doing?

Kuwa: I'm not totally broke yet, so I'm off to find a decent restaurant with Yukina-san. What about you?

Yusuke: Um, I had the same idea.

Keiko: I can help all of you with money if that might help.

Yusuke: Can't argue there.

Yukina: It would not hurt to do things together.

Monologue: And so even though I hadn't planned it, I ended up on a date with Keiko, Kuwabara, and Yukina. We went to a fairly nice Chinese restaurant in the middle of town. I knew I was feeling a bit dazed from all this, but then Yukina suggested something out of the blue.

Yukina: The four of us get along pretty well. I wonder if we'll be able to keep up these relationships?

Kuwa: I guess it's a little different for you, since you've lived a long time. Me, I know I'm kind of dumb sometimes.

Yukina: No, not really.

Keiko: I think you're right. I have no idea what I'm going to be doing when high school is over.

Yusuke: Yeah, I might almost have to be serious.

Yukina: I think we should at least try to stay together.

Keiko: Not a bad idea. We'll have to see what might happen.

Kuwa: I ain't changin' for no one.

Yusuke: Heh. We gotta be us, right?

Monologue: From then on I tried to think about our friendships, and what difference it would make to love someone more than anyone else. It was all complex, but I figured I'd put the pieces together eventually.
